Corrections

In "Oral Contraceptives and the Risk of Death from Breast Cancer" by P. A. Wingo, H. Austin, P. A. Marchbanks, M. K. Whiteman, J. Hsia, M. G. Mandel, et al (Obstet Gynecol 2007;110:793–800), an error was introduced in Table 2 (page 796) during production. In the first column ("Measure of Oral Contraceptive Use"), seventh line after "Time since first use (mo)," the P value is incorrectly listed as "P=.0." The correct P value is "P=.08."

In "the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Practice Bulletin No. 87: Use of Psychiatric Medications During Pregnancy and Lactation" (Obstet Gynecol 2007;110:1179–98), Table 2 on page 1181 contains an error. The pregnancy risk category for paroxetine is erroneously listed as "Cm. "The correct pregnancy risk category is "D."

In "Comparative Measurement of Pelvic Floor Pain Sensitivity in Chronic Pelvic Pain" (Obstet Gynecol 2007;110:1244–8), the last author's name is incorrectly listed as "Harden R. Norman, MD" due to a production error. The author's name should be listed as "R. Norman Harden."

In "Prenatal Herpes Simplex Virus Serologic Screening Beliefs and Practices Among Obstetricians" (Obstet Gynecol 2007;110:1364–70) by C. Gardella, J. Barnes, A. S. Magaret, J. Richards, L. Drolette, and A. Wald, the URL listed on page 1365 is incorrect. The correct URL is www.greenjournal.org/cgi/content/full/110/6/1364. The editorial office regrets this error.

In "ACOG Committee Opinions List of Titles—December 2007" (Obstet Gynecol 2007;110:1505–9), the list of withdrawn titles on page 1505 contains an error. Committee Opinion No. 287 ("Newborn Screening") is erroneously identified as being replaced by Committee Opinion No. 389. The correct Committee Opinion number is 393.
