In "Contraceptive Effectiveness of Immediate Compared With Delayed Insertion of Intrauterine Devices After Abortion: A Decision Analysis" by M. F. Reeves, K. J. Smith, and M. D. Creinin (Obstet Gynecol 2007;109:1286–1294), Figures 2 and 3 contain errors. Due to a production error, an incorrect version of Figure 2 was published showing horizontal lines extending from the left of the black bars. The corrected figure is reprinted here. Due to an author error, in Figure 3, the horizontal and vertical axis labels were switched. The horizontal axis should read, "Expulsion, immediate insertion (%)," and the vertical axis should read, "Failure to return, delayed insertion (%)." The corrected figure is reprinted here.

Fig. 2 This tornado diagram shows the results of the one-way sensitivity analysis for each variable. The base case is represented by the dashed vertical line. The bar represents the change in outcome over the full range allowed for that variable. The left and right values in parentheses represent the variable values at the left and right ends, respectively, of the horizontal bar. IUD, intrauterine device.

Fig. 3 Two-way sensitivity analysis: expulsion and failure to return. The plane of the two-way sensitivity analysis shows the expected number of pregnancies prevented by immediate insertion compared with delayed insertion in the first year for any two values of expulsion and failure to return. The dashed lines indicate the one-way sensitivity analyses in the base case for each variable. The intersection of these lines shows the result in the base case, 52 pregnancies prevented by immediate insertion.

In "Fetal Fibronectin and Adverse Infant Outcomes in a Predominantly Human Immunodeficiency Virus–Infected African Population: A Randomized Controlled Trial" by R. L. Goldenberg, W. W. Andrews, I. Hoffman, W. Fawzi, M. Valentine, A. Young, et al (Obstet Gynecol 2007;109:392–401), the funding code for Harvard University in the footnote on page 392, U01-AI-480006, is incorrect. The correct funding code is U01-AI-048006. The authors regret this error.
