Errata

Due to a production error, in the August 2006 issue, the title of ACOG Practice Bulletin No. 75 (Obstet Gynecol 2006;108:457–64), is incorrectly listed in the Table of Contents and on the cover as "Management of Alloimmunization." The correct title appears with the article on page 457: "Management of Alloimmunization During Pregnancy."

In "Asthma and Pregnancy" by M. P. Dombrowski (Obstet Gynecol 2006;108:667–81), the Box on pages 677–678 contains errors that occurred during copyediting and printing. The last bullet point of information on page 677 ("Admit to intensive care unit Intravenous corticosteroid") is incorrect. "Intravenous corticosteroid" should have been omitted, with the bullet point reading "Admit to intensive care unit." In addition, a "continued" line is missing from the bottom of page 677, alerting readers that the Box continues on to page 678.

Due to a production error, in "Blood Transfusion and Cesarean Delivery" (Obstet Gynecol 2006;108:891–7), the second sentence of the Results section of the Abstract on page 891 incorrectly reads, "A total of 33,683 women underwent primary cesarean delivery, and 735 (2.2%) were transfused (median 2 units, 25th% to 75th% 2–4 units)." The correct sentence is as follows: "A total of 33,683 women underwent repeat cesarean delivery, and 735 (2.2%) were transfused (median 2 units, 25th% to 75th% 2–4 units)."
