Abstract
The authors report the case of a woman who delivered a normal term infant after unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and long-term combination chemotherapy for immature teratoma of the ovary. The importance of and rationale for conservative treatment in malignant teratoma are discussed. (Obstet Gynecol 61:8S, 1983)
