Abstract
The authors report the case of a patient with thrombosis of the entire inferior vena cava and renal, pelvic, and femoral veins associated with oral contraceptive use. The use of computed tomography and of antithrombin III and releasable plasminogen activator assays is discussed. (Obstet Gynecol 61:59S, 1983)
