Adverse Effects of Cardiovascular Drug Therapy on the Fetus and Neonate

Abstract

The possible effects of commonly used well-established cardiovascular drugs on the fetus and neonate are reviewed. The difficulty of establishing causality is discussed, and individual drugs are reviewed by therapeutic classification for their possible adverse effects.
