PREGNANCY FOLLOWING REMOVAL AND CHEMOTHERAPY OF OVARIAN ENDODERMAL SINUS TUMOR

Abstract

The first reported case of successful pregnancy following unilateral adnexectomy and combination chemotherapy for endodermal sinus tumor is presented. The rationale for conservative management of this virulent neoplasm is discussed.
