Abstract
A simple principle of interrupting the complete approximation of the operating slide to the thumb ring was utilized to apply the Falope-Ring to each fallopian tube with one introduction of the Falope-Ring applicator already loaded with two rings, thus eliminating the process of withdrawal, reloading, and reinsertion. This procedure has been performed with the use of a simple device on 46 patients with good success. It seems to be technically easy and shortens the operating time by avoiding the possibility of fogging the optics during the process of withdrawing the scope for reloading.
