TREATMENT OF URINARY STRESS INCONTINENCE Use of Dermal Graft in the Sling Procedure

Use of a dermal graft for a urethral sling in treating urinary stress incontinence is described. This tissue has potential advantages of availability, strength, and freedom from side effects.
