GONADOBLASTOMA IN A TRUE HERMAPHRODITE WITH A 46,XX KARYOTYPE

Abstract

Gonadoblastomas arise in dysgenetic gonads of individuals possessing a Y chromosome in their karyotype. This is the first report of a gonadoblastoma occurring in a 46,XX true hermaphrodite.
