INTRAEPITHELIAL VAGINAL NEOPLASIA FOLLOWING IMMUNOSUPPRESSIVE THERAPY TREATED WITH TOPICAL 5-FU

Abstract

A case is reported of the successful treatment of multifocal intraepithelial neoplasia of the vagina by topical application of a cytotoxic agent, 5-fluorouracil. These lesions followed prolonged immunosuppressive therapy after renal transplantation. Intraepithelial neoplasia Has present also in the cervix and was treated by conization.
