Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of the Uterine Cervix

The present report concerns a case of cylindroma of the uterine cervix, in a 72-year-old woman, with unusually widespread metastases and rapid fatal outcome. Pertinent literature is reviewed and comments are made on the biologic and clinical behavior of this tumor.
