Four cases of pregnancy in association with acute leukemia are described. In 2 cases, the disease was diagnosed in the third trimester, in the third case it was known to be present before conception and in the fourth case it was discovered at the time of spontaneous abortion. Problems presented by the diagnosis and treatment of acute leukemia in these cases are discussed.
