Y Ring Chromosome Associated with Gonadoblastoma In Situ

Abstract

A microscopic focus of gonadoblastoma was found in a patient with gonadal tlysgenesis. Her karyotype was 45,xO/46,XYr. It is the second reported case of Y ring chromosome. The value of cytogenctic analysis and gonadectomy in patients harboring a Y chromosome is stressed
