Abstract
An unusual gonadotropin-producing hepatoma is reported with a review of other, usually nonendocrine, gonadotropin-producing tumors of pulmonary, adrenal, breast, and liver origin. They are fascinating tumors, creating a dilemma of differential diagnosis in the adult female.
