Primary Vaginal Stones

NORMAN L. MILLER, MD

From the Rosewood State Hospital. Owings Mills, Md 21117

Abstract

Primary vaginal stone is a rarely reported clinical entity, particularly in children. In only 5 previously reported cases has a primary stone been found unassociated with a fistula. A sixth case, in a 17-year-old, is described, and the mechanism by which such stones arc likely to develop is discussed.
