Uterine Abscess Formation Secondary to Endometrial Cryosurgery

Abstract

A case of adcnomatous hyperplasia of the cntlometrium in a patient who was a very jwor operative risk was treated with cryosurgery of the endometrtum. Postoperative development of an abscess and its complication arc described and discussed. A possible hazard of cryosurgery of the endometrium is highlighted.
