Rupture of Septate Uterus Due to Placenta Percreta

Abstract

A case report of spontaneous rupture of a septate uterus at 18 weeks' gestation due to placenta percreta is presented. Similar cases reported in the literature are reviewed. The etiology and methods of treatment are discussed.
