Endometrial Adenocarcinoma and Ovarian Agenesis

Report of a Case

Abstract

Adenocarcinoma of the endometrium occurring in a 79-year-old woman with ovarian agenesis is presented. The patient was treated by radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. The relationship of endometrial carcinoma with estrogen production is summarized.
