Abstract
Two young women who are first cousins were found to have an arrhenoblastoma of the ovary. Similarities and differences in clinical course and histologic pattern of the tumors are described. Chromosome idiograms were normal. The plasma concentration and urinary excretion of testosterone was increased in the 1 patient studied.
