Abstract

Bilateral ileocornual conduits were constructed in a small series of experimental dogs, using an isolated isogeneric ileal graft, with its blood supply intact. Pregnancy occurred in one dog 8 months after surgical procedure but ended in abortion. The possible role of ileum in the treatment of infertility caused by tubal obstruction is indicated.
