Abstract
The Kelly urethrovesical plication procedure can be brought into modern gynecology by describing it in terms of present-day stress-incontinence diagnostic terminology, terms with which every resident has come to be familiar. As illustrated here, the procedure is shown to be a specific entity, one that can be applied in many situations with improved results.
