Abstract
Adenocarcinoma of the jejunum associated with pregnancy is reported. Diagnosis was delayed because of the similarity of the clinical picture to that usually associated with hyperemesis gravidarum. Six months after partial resection of the jejunum, ovarian metastasis occurred.
