LUIS REYES-CEJA, RAFAEL CABRERA, EMILIO INSFRAN and FERNANDO HERRERA-LASSO

From the Hospital de Gineco Obstetricia No. Uno, Institute Mexicano del Seguro Social, Mexico, DF.

Abstract

Of 28 patients whose uteri were repaired following rupture, 19 subsequently experienced 22 pregnancies. Only a single repeated rupture occurred. The good outcomes of later pregnancies support the value of conservative management of uterine rupture in selected patients.
