Abstract

An analysis of a questionnaire returned by 2070 patients from the private practice of a gynecologist- obstetrician uncovered data regarding beliefs on abortion. Although the authors appreciate that no sweeping generalizations may be drawn from such a limited inquiry, they do suggest that more of such information may guide legislators in their formulation of abortion laws.
