Estrogen Replacement Therapy

Abstract

A group of 479 estrogen-deficient women of menopausal age were treated with a form of orally administered conjugated estrogens. The author urges the caution of regularly scheduled examinations and diagnostic curettage for even the slightest uterine bleeding. The iNC.ideNC.e of breast and endometrial caNC.er was not iNC.reased in the estrogen-treated women when compared with that in the author's other patients.
